We were absolutely delighted to attend Showcasing Scotland 2024, an annual event by Scotland Food and Drink

What is Showcasing Scotland?

"Delivered by Scotland Food & Drink on behalf of the Scotland Food & Drink Partnership, with funding support from The Scottish Government, Showcasing Scotland orchestrates three days of meticulously curated experiences. These events spotlight the cream of Scotland's produce, foster new trade relations, and secure future business prospects.

Our schedule includes sector tours that immerse buyers in Scotland's culinary landscape, along with two days of pre-scheduled business meetings between national and international buyers and Scottish producers at the EICC in Edinburgh.
Beyond business, indulge in Scotland's warm hospitality as buyers reside at the Waldorf Astoria hotel in the heart of historic Edinburgh. It was a wonderful event for us at John Gilmour Butchers to attend, as well as having some other attendees come to our factory in East Lothian to learn all about what we do. We were able to meet buyers from all over Scotland, the UK, and the world, and meet like minded businesses promoting the best of Scottish Food and Drink.
