We want to make sure your order arrives fresh and on time, wherever you are in the UK. Here’s how our delivery service works:
East Lothian & Edinburgh Postcodes
We deliver every Wednesday using our own refrigerated vans within East Lothian & Edinburgh.
If your postcode falls within these areas, your order will arrive directly from our team on our weekly delivery route.
Nationwide Courier Delivery
For customers outside East Lothian and Edinburgh, we use a trusted courier service to deliver your order.
Next Day Service: Available for most mainland UK postcodes.
2 Day Service: Applies to certain remote or highland areas (exact timing depends on your postcode).
Wednesday is the only delivery day available at checkout. Courier orders are generally dispatched on Tuesday for Wednesday delivery. For areas on the 2-day service, we may dispatch on Monday to ensure midweek delivery, but depending on when the order is placed, your order may arrive on Thursday. We will always inform you if your delivery is expected later than Wednesday.
All courier deliveries are packed in insulated boxes with ice packs to ensure your order stays fresh during transit.
